Data we collect

When you use our contact, demo or support forms: first and last name, business e-mail address, organisation, phone number (optional) and the content of your message. We do not collect any other data through this website.

Purposes and legal basis

• Answering your request, organising a demo or a proof of concept, and handling support requests: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Following up on a business relationship with our prospects and clients: our legitimate interest in developing our business (art. 6.1.f GDPR). You can object at any time.

Recipients

Your data is accessed only by authorised FINBOX SOLUTIONS staff. It is processed by our technical providers on our behalf: website and form hosting, and e-mail. We never sell your data.

Retention

Prospect data is kept for up to three years after our last contact with you. Client data is kept for the duration of the business relationship, plus any period required by law.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You can also give instructions on what happens to your data after your death. To exercise these rights, write to contact@finbox-solutions.com.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or audience-measurement cookies and does not load third-party trackers. Fonts are hosted on our own servers. If this changes, we will ask for your consent beforehand.
